Police divers are searching a waterfall and river for missing man Stephen Lowe, who was last seen more than a week ago. Lowe, who is in his 50s, left his workplace on Portsmouth Dr, Dunedin about 10am, on September 15. Supplied Missing Dunedin man Stephen Lowe was driving a distinctive black BMW similar to the one pictured. Police appealed for information from anyone who may have seen Lowe, particularly the occupants of a small red car that was parked at the site on Saturday morning.
