Multiple reports regarding an assault on Centennial Highway were made to police on Wednesday morning. Police are responding to reports of a road rage incident on Centennial Highway, just before the Ngāūranga Gorge. Multiple reports were made around 8.10am of a person from a car assaulting another person in a car, near the Jarden Mile intersection. A police spokeswoman said both vehicles were heading northbound and police are now making inquiries to identify all parties involved. Email sophie.cornish@stuff.co.nz
