The deceased is Sultana Begum, 75, and her partially decomposed body was found in her house on Thursday around 10:30am, confirmed Gandaria police Sub-Inspector (SI) Mizanur Rahman. Sultana’s son Topu has been taken into police custody for questioning over the matter. Then police rushed there and recovered the body.”At the time, Topu was present when the body was being recovered. Of whom, two sons and one daughter lived in the three-storeyed building from where Sultana’s body was recovered. The elder son lives on the third floor, the daughter on the second and the younger son, Topu, lived with her mother, the police added.
