He was planning a robbery at Pillappakatte in Rajagopal Nagar. But in a bid to escape, Pavan pelted stones at the police. On Tuesday night, the Vidyaranyapura police had shot at Kommaghatta Manja, a rowdy, in Soladevanahalli when he reportedly tried to evade arrest.
