(File photo)A police officer was involved in inappropriate sexual relationships with members of staff under his command, the Independent Police Conduct Authority (IPCA) has found. The IPCA oversaw an investigation into the relationships and also looked at whether the officer failed to respond to claims of bullying raised by an employee and was himself involved in bullying and harassing employees.
