It hurts me to say that this was the second heartbreaking incident which has taken place in Karachi. I urge the Sindh government to investigate the matter in a transparent manner and the culprit should be brought to justice. The state of law and order in the country’s largest city should also be improved. I hope the honourable court will provide justice to the victim’s family by punishing the murderers in the light of law.
