Isaiah Peter Talaifiti Garr, 20, was killed on State Highway 8 near Cromwell about 3.10pm. "Police's thoughts are with Mr Garr's family and friends at this difficult time," a statement said. The Serious Crash Unit was continuing to investigate the cause of the crash, it said.
