The Katsina Police Command has arrested two armed robbery gangs that had been terrorising the people of the state. Mr Benson Gwana, Commissioner of Police in Katsina, disclosed this while parading the arrested armed robbery suspects on Saturday in Katsina. He said the command had similarly recovered one AK 47 rifle and one locally made pistol from the armed robbery suspects. Gwana said,“On Jan. 6, at about 18:30hrs based on a tip, the police arrested Usman Lawal, Umaru Audu, Ibrahim Abubakar, Bashir Adamu and Gambo Musa, alias Killer. “The suspects were arrested at Sabuwa Local Government Area of Katsina State.
