GEORGE TOWN: Police nabbed the remaining drug pusher who was involved in an assault against a 33-year-old man, leading to his death, recently. Lim Kok Boon succumbed to head injuries after he was bashed by two men with helmets at a flat in Kampung Melayu here on Sept 22. He was rushed to the Penang Hospital but succumbed to his injuries three days later. The case was initially investigated under Section 324 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt with a dangerous weapon. It has now been reclassified under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder, which carries a mandatory death sentence.
