Police have launched a murder investigation and made two arrests after a woman's body was discovered in Slough - and a referral to the complaints watchdog was made 'as a result of prior police contact'. Officers attended an address in Long Readings Lane at around 7.30pm on Sunday and found the body of a 49-year-old woman. The death was initially treated as unexplained, but it is now being treated as a murder investigation 'following new information', Thames Valley Police say. A 35-year old man and a 49-year-old man, both from Slough, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in police custody. 'As a result of our ongoing enquiries, in response to the discovery of the woman's body on Sunday, we have now made the decision to launch a murder investigation.
