Police have launched a murder investigation following the death of a man in North Ayrshire. Det Ch Insp Graham McCreadie, of Police Scotland, said: "Our thoughts are with Mr Taylor's family and friends at this extremely difficult time. "We have already spoken to a number of people who came to Mr Taylor's aid until the ambulance arrived and I would like to thank them for their assistance."
