Officers believe the man approached the woman on the pretence of asking her for help. He followed her she had ignored him and forced his victim to top up his Oyster card at a ticket machine at Waterloo Station. The man left the tube station after the woman spoke with staff. A BTP spokesperson said: 'Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information that could help their investigation. Witnesses or anyone who recognises the man can also contact charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
