Toronto police is investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday morning in North York. Just before 6 a.m. a man sustained a gunshot wound in the leg and was then transported to a local hospital in non-life-threatening condition, said paramedics. The shooting occurred at the Don Mills Rd. Police report that a 25-year-old man was talking with some friends at a care, when they were approached by a group of three men. One of the men pulled out a handgun and began firing and the 25-year-old was struck said police.
