Police have launched a homicide investigation after the discovery of a woman's body at an address in Whanganui. The body was found by police officers who went to the property on Lee St in relation to a missing person investigation at about 11.20am on Thursday. Police would not confirm the cause of death, but Stuff understands the death was due to a domestic violence incident. The homicide investigations include the shooting of Mongrel Mob member Kevin "Kastro" Ratana, the stabbing of Miriama Raukawa and the death of Jasmine Wilson.
