Calgary police are investigating after an early morning shooting in the southeast community of Forest Lawn killed one man and injured another. Police were called at approximately 2:50 a.m. Saturday after receiving reports that two groups of males were involved in a shooting in Forest Lawn. Calgary police said that the shooting took place outside of the Portico Hookah Lounge, located at 1806 35 Street S.E. After leaving the lounge, the argument became more involved and the shooting took place. Another man who police now believe was an innocent bystander was struck by a stray bullet at the time of the shooting.
