Two young men who were killed Thursday in Northeast Washington were fatally shot inside a stairwell of an apartment building, according to D.C. police. Police identified the men as Jobe McDowney, 23, of Southeast, and Desimon Richardson, 21, of Temple Hills, Md. The Nash Street address does not appear in available public records for either victim.
