MANILA, Philippines (Updated 3:46 p.m.) — The police on Friday identified the man caught in a viral video of road rage in Taguig City. In a statement, the police said that Bautista confessed to being the man in the video posted on Facebook by Pinky Ortiz. Ortiz said that she and her companion were driving along McKinley Parkway in Taguig on the night of December 27. While waiting, a white Toyota Fortuner planning to turn right to McKinley Parkway stopped about an inch away from their vehicle. The Taguig PNP, however, said they will contact the complainant so a proper case can be filed against Bautista.
