Police have identified a pedestrian killed in a Thanksgiving day crash as Serge Deumeni, 40, of Bowie, Md. Deumeni was trying to cross the street when he was struck by a car and then hit by a second car, police said. The first car stayed on the scene after the collision, but the second car, described only as a small sedan, did not, police said. “We’re still working to determine whether he was in the crosswalk and conclusively determine where he was and who had the right of way from the light,” said county police spokesman Cpl. Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call 301-731-4422 or 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
