Shinyalu Police holding man who defiled sisterPolice in Shinyalu, Kakamega County are holding a 26-year-old man for allegedly defiling his 15-year-old sister.The victim who is a Class Five pupil at Shihimba Primary School, said she was threatened by the brother who caught up with her while she was leaving from a shop. She claimed that the brother hit her with a panga before directing her into his house and defiled her for close to 10 minutes, leaving her in a helpless state. She narrated the ordeal she went through saying the brother hit her severally with a panga anytime she screamed for help.
