His son Monorom Polok filed the case with Chawkbazar police station around 10pm on Wednesday against several unnamed individuals. Kajol was last seen at Paribagh near Hatirpool at about 6:45pm on March 10 before he went missing, according to his family. Earlier on Wednesday, the High Court wanted to know why New Market police station did not record a missing case of journalist Kajol after it was instructed to do so. Immediately after Kajol went missing, a general diary (GD) was filed with Chawkbazar police station as Kajol lived in Bakshibazar, Dhaka, with his family.
