Police fear missing New Hampshire teen fell into open storm drain

Authorities in New Hampshire say a 16-year-old boy last seen walking home Friday night during a rainstorm may have been swept away into an open storm drain. Nashua Police responded Friday night to a report that a person may have fallen into the drain. Investigators found some personal items nearby, but the heavy water flow prevented them from determining if someone was inside. Police said surveillance footage confirmed that the items found near the drain Friday evening did belong to Goulet. The Nashua Police Department is overseeing a search that includes the Nashua River, the Merrimack River and the city's storm drain system.
