Kisii: Police constable stabbed to death in KerokaDetectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations are pursuing a man who stabbed a police constable to death in Keroka on Wednesday night.The deceased was attached to Masaba North Deputy County Commissioner's office. According to Masaba North Sub-County Police Commander Walter Abondo, the officer was stabbed while having a drink with some of his friends in one of the bars in Keroka town. The suspect left but returned after a few minutes and immediately stabbed the officer before disappearing into the darkness. " Witnesses say, the suspect and the deceased got into a quarrel allegedly over a drink that had spilled off from one of the tables. Initial investigations indicate that the suspect works with one of the state corporations in the energy industry.
