Police concerned for man missing near Upper HuttPOLICE Peter Higgins is missing. Police say they have concerns for the safety of a man who has gone missing in Upper Hutt near Wellington. Peter Higgins, 53, has not been seen for several days, police said. Higgins was described as medium build with black hair and a moustache. Anyone who sees Higgins, or has information on his whereabouts, is asked to call 111 immediately.
