Police have charged a 22-year-old man with video offences following Friday's terror attacks in Christchurch. The man will appear in Christchurch District Court on Monday morning charged with offences under the Films Videos and Publications Classification Act. In a statement, police said the man was arrested in the initial stages of their investigations into Friday's shooting.
