DB Inspector and case investigation officer Emdadul Haque submitted the chargesheet at Dhaka's Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court on Tuesday. The two others are ETV's former chief reporter Mahathir Faruki Khan and senior reporter Kanak Sarwar. Police had accused Tarique and Salam of “threatening Bangladesh's sovereignty and trying to create hatred against a legally constituted government by broadcasting and dishing out false and fabricated information”. The case had initially accused only the two, but later Khan and Sarwar were implicated in the chargesheet. He said the chargesheet will be evaluated and presented before the magistrate on Sep 29 for hearing.
