And alongside that change will come a new focus on the police breaking up gatherings of bigger than six people. So if you are found holding a party or in a group, you'll find yourself in a situation where you could be fined £100. And if you're behind a really big gathering - like a party of protest - then you could be liable for a whopping £10,000 fine. Failure to comply could result in a £100 fine, which will double on each repeat offence up to £3,200. For those aged 17-18 years old there are 48.1 per 100,000, rising to 54.5 per 100,000 for people aged 19-21.
