Officers attended the south London flat of Carrie Symonds, 31, following reports of an argument shortly after midnight yesterday. Ms Symonds was allegedly heard to tell Mr Johnson, 55, to “get off me” and to “get out of my flat”. Shortly afterwards a woman’s scream was heard, followed by “slamming and banging”, prompting a neighbour to knock at the door. After receiving no response the neighbour was said to have called the police.
