It is claimed that the staff member in Bristol had described burned toast as 'disgusting', then compared it to the colour of a pupil's skin. "They said 'the toast was black, burnt, looked disgusting, just like the colour of your skin, Eshe'. A police spokesman said: "Police have confirmed the incident was reported to them just after 4pm on Thursday 9 January. "He told me the member of staff fully admitted it, and he described it as a 'dreadful, unfortunate, awful statement'. "When Eshe told me what they'd said to her, I thought she was joking, I had to ask her to say it again, and a third time.
