The sight of a nine-year-old girl riding a TTC bus alone just after 3 a.m. prompted a call to police on Tuesday. A passenger on board the bus spotted the girl and alerted the driver, who called police. The bus was stopped at the intersection of Yonge and Adelaide streets while police arrived. The girl is currently being cared for by the Children's Aid Society. As of 6 a.m., authorities were trying to locate her parents.
