Police at scene of suspicious caravan home fire on West Coast


Emergency services were called to the fire at what appeared to be a caravan home off Nikau Rd in Mokihinui at 9.40pm on Wednesday. Police are at the site of a potentially suspicious fire on the West Coast that badly damaged a property overnight. The home was “well involved in fire” when firefighters arrived, and two other crews from Westport were called in shortly after to help.
