The suspects; 38-year old Charles Appiah and 29-year old Manasseh Fumey live in the same vicinity. The suspect later called the victim’s grandmother to demand a sum of $3000.00 to facilitate the release of her grandson. He said pthe asser-by informed police at the Tanoso Police station who responded swiftly and rescued the victim. The victim was sent to the hospital for medical check up and has since been handed over to his parents.
