Police in Mombasa have arrested one person around Express Area along Moi Avenue in Mombasa. This is after protesters lit bonfires blocking the road leading to the Port of Mombasa. The police had to lob tear gas to disperse the handful of protestors who had turned out for the three-day Azimio demos called for by Raila Odinga. The demos were slated to begin today.
