GOMBAK: Police arrested a motorcyclist who allegedly assaulted another man with his motorcycle helmet. Gombak OCPD Asst Comm Arifai Terawe said the suspect, a 54-year-old man, accused another motorcyclist of being a cheat near Restoran MCC in Rawang on Monday (Jan 20). "He hit the victim with this helmet, who suffered injuries to his mouth and nose," he said. Police arrested the suspect on Wednesday (Jan 22) at Persiaran Bandar Rawang and seized the helmet believed to have been used to hurt the victim. The case is being investigated under Section 324 of the Penal Code for causing hurt.
