The Nigeria Police Force has condemned the exploitation of a four-year-old child, whose explicit images and videos circulated on social media, and arrested the child’s father in connection with the incident. This was made known in a statement signed by the Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, and shared on X.com on Sunday. According to him, preliminary investigations revealed the involvement of the child’s father, who has been arrested at the Auchi Divisional Police Headquarters, Edo State Police Command. “Prima facie investigations indicate the involvement of the child’s father, who has been apprehended by the police at the Auchi Divisional Police Headquarters, Edo State Police Command. The Nigeria Police Force remains steadfast in its commitment to safeguarding children and upholding the law,” the FPPRO added.
