more-inThe Ashok Nagar police has arrested a group that was involved in stealing bicycles. A senior officer said a series of cases of bicycle theft had been reported in Ashok Nagar. In a recent complaint, Rajan, a resident, complained that his cycle, which was parked on Narayanan Street, had been stolen on February 11. Based on the footage from CCTV cameras, the police identified Senthil, a resident of Ernavoor,and three of his associates to be the culprits. The police subsequently identified the others as Akbar of Manali, Kumar of Kolathur and Muthukani of Tondiarpet.
