11 people were arrested when police raided two illegal pubs at Tsim Sha Tsui. Yau Tsim district anti-triad unit, crime unit and special duty squad searched three flats, one located on 11 Hart Avenue and two on 115 Chatham Road South. During the crackdown, police arrested three men aged between 18 and 55 at the Hart Avenue unit for trafficking dangerous drugs and possessing offensive weapons. Four men aged between 18 and 29 were also arrested for drinking at unlicensed premises. Officers confiscated 257 cans of beer and 41 bottles of liquor worth HK$1.5 millions.
