Ten suspects have been arrested in connection with the alleged forgery of official documents, stamps and certificates of various government and private organisations in Ibadan, Oyo State. The arrest was confirmed in a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, Oyo State Command, Ayanlade Olayinka, in Ibadan on Sunday. The suspects, according to the statement, were picked up from their hideout in Ogunpa, Ibadan North-West Local Government Area. Also recovered were Iyaganku Area Command Office stamps, various Divisional Police Officer office stamps, Oyo State Government stamps from different ministries and departments, stamps of different commercial banks, as well as stamps belonging to several private organisations. The command reiterated that investigations are still ongoing, and all suspects will be duly charged to court upon the conclusion of investigations.
