THE police, on Friday, arraigned Oladimeji Timothy, 20, and Shola Emmanuel, 23 before an Ile-Ife Magistrates’ Court in Osun for alleged fraud. The prosecutor, Insp Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court that the defendants committed the offence sometimes in August 2018 and June 2019 around 12 p.m. at Oduduwa University, Ile-Ife. Osanyituyi said the defendants fraudulently failed to remit the said amount realised from the use of the motorcycles to Terry Onwuka. The defendants, however, pleaded not guilty to the three-count charge of conspiracy, fraud and stealing. Magistrate Bose Idowu granted the bail of the defendants in the sum of N400,000 with two sureties in like sum.
