Police arrested a man who attempted to interrupt a speech by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman Wafula Chebukati at Bomas of Kenya. Chebukati convened a meeting with presidential aspirants and their representatives on Tuesday, May 23, to brief them on the clearance requirements before being allowed to vie for the country's top job.
