Man of the World Philippines 2017 Christopher Comicho Dulagan, who is in the Philippine National Police (PNP) Aviation Security Group, at NAIA Terminal 1, will vie in the first edition of the Man of the World pageant, with some 40 candidates from all over the world at the finals to be held at One Esplanade, Mall of Asia Complex, in Pasay City on July 28. Dulagan, a 23-year-old native of Mountain Province, is the third policeman to compete in an international male pageant after Police Officers Mariano Flormata, Jr., winner of Mr. International 2014 and Don Mcgyver Cochico, a Top 16 semi-finalist in the Manhunt International 2016 pageant. “I am so excited and proud to represent the country in the first ever Man of the World contest,” said the policeman who was discovered while bringing a snatcher to a precinct in Plaza Miranda, Quiapo.
