– City police said when arrested Wednesday, a convicted drug dealer had more than 70 grams of crack cocaine, two firearms and a bulletproof vest. Two handguns, one with its serial numbers scratched off, were also seized from the residence, along with drug paraphernalia and the bulletproof vest. The Muncie man has been convicted of carrying a handgun without a license, dealing in cocaine, intimidation, possession of marijuana, resisting law enforcement and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
