Catalina Cabral following the results of an autopsy conducted Saturday. The confirmation through autopsy provided greater clarity to the case, allowing authorities to move forward with a more thorough investigation. Sources said the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) has lifted its relief order against Benguet police director Col. Lambert Suerte after he successfully negotiated with Cabral’s family to allow the autopsy, which they had earlier refused.
