Oliver P. Dillon being led by court security out of courtMonrovia – The Liberia National Police (LNP) has arrested and forwarded to court the Coordinator for Decentralization at the Ministry of Transport, Mr. Oliver P. Dillon, for allegedly killing a man identified as Emmanuel Koffa. The LNP charged Defendant Dillon with the crime of murder. The charged sheet also identified the victim as a truck conductor, who used to be a car loader at the Barnesville Junction. The charged also revealed that the vicinity in which Defendant Dillon encountered the victim and two others is noted for notorious crime. While leaving his house, he took a long knife with him,” the charged sheet said.
