Veteran poet Bekal Utsahi. (File) Veteran poet Bekal Utsahi. (File)Veteran poet and former Rajya Sabha MP Bekal Utsahi passed away at Delhi’s Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital on Saturday. ANI quoted poet Ashok Chakradhar as saying: “He was like a father to me, so it is a personal loss. He was one of the greatest poets of our times.”Utsahi was awarded the Padmashree in 1976 for his contribution to literature.
