And while Pod gives no definition of his artistic genre, preferring to call it abstract, Angkrit says that it is easier to comprehend than many other abstract pieces of art. Pod perfectly matches what Yelo House is after – freshness in the art scene. Although Pod has been a well-known musician for 22 years, he only started painting in 2013. “The shareholders -- Hans-Werner Muller, Suwanee Suwansaengroj, Sulyawate Prasertwitayakarn and myself – built Yelo House with one common goal in mind – to promote art appreciation and we mean all branches, from fine arts to applied art to arts of living like culinary art,” says Yelo House’s shareholder Oh Singhasuvich. “We want to promote art and motivate people who love the same thing to interact more.”
