Plymouth Planning: Flying flags for display and tennis club ambitionsThe council has applied for consent from its planning department to fly flags for display on its flagpoles outside the GuildhallView 2 Images Plymouth City Council flagpoles on Royal Parade outside the Guildhall (Image: Plymouth City Council)Plympton Lawn Tennis Club has made an application to Plymouth City Council to extend its hours of operation from 6am to 10pm. ‌The club, at Harewood Playing Fields, Ridgeway, is proposing to vary the conditions attached to a previous planning permission which allowed the site to open from 9am to 9.30pm. ‌It says the extended hours will provide greater opportunity for the general public and club members to engage in leisure and fitness. The flags include but are not limited to: HMD Flag, Gdynia Flag, Trans Flag, Progress Pride Flag. 3no new fascias with 2no new sets of individual housename letters with 6no new cowlights to illuminate.
