PENANG Island City Council (MBPP) is actively promoting a wellness trend called plogging, with its mayor Yew Tung Seang already leading by example. “During one of my ‘HOT’ (hiking on Thursdays) with my staff at Bukit Jambul hiking trail, I found litter scattered along the path.
