A steady stream of punters attended day one of the two-day show yesterday, checking out an assortment of offerings - from boats and spas to coffee machines and beds. Today the show features the Gilbert’s Fine Food Great Southern Cake Off, an appearance by The Block NZ's resident builder, Peter Wolfkamp - affectionately known as the Wolf, the Farm to Fork Chef Challenge, and Stan from Mitre 10 will be completing his build-athon. Showgoers can once again take advantage of summery conditions after a day in which the temperature hit 30degC in the city. The two-day show, now in its fourth year, is the work of Allied Press, owner of the Otago Daily Times, in partnership with Dunedin Venues, which operates the stadium.
