Ngangbam Indrakanta SinghImphal: The beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awaz Yojana-Housing for All (Urban) in Oinam municipal council have urged the Centre to release the second instalment of the scheme immediately. The beneficiaries said they completed constructing the foundation and could not continue further as the second instalment of Rs 60,000 had not been released. The second instalment was to be released as soon as the first instalment subsidy was utilised, the beneficiaries said. The third instalment of Rs 30,000 will be released after the second instalment is utilised. However, the second instalment has not been released and we are unable to complete the construction on time.
