Chibsah told www.ghanaweb.com that it is important that the FA nips the issue in the bud else Ghana will have it difficult winning trophies. He thus suggested the captain should be elected by the players. “I think this captaincy issue should be managed. If the players vote, there wouldn’t be any division as we used to have with Asamoah Gyan group as people say and Andre’s group”, he said.
